Our jigs operate on state-of-the-art production lines in the rail sector. Utilised by leading UK rail OEMs Bombardier Transportation and Hitachi Rail, we are highly experienced in developing bespoke jigs to support the welding and assembly of rolling stock. Furthermore, a proven track record in the automotive and manufacturing sectors means we can produce jigs to support almost any production process.
Established
We have developed smart jigs for Hitachi Rail’s Newton Aycliffe production facility to support the fabrication and welding of high-speed trains destined for the UK rail network. Additionally, we produced jigs to support the assembly of rolling stock at Bombardier Transportation’s Litchurch Lane facility. Our experience working closely with leading OEMs means we are adept at supporting the construction of custom jigs exactly to customer specification within exacting deadlines.
Turnkey
Our in-house capabilities mean we offer a complete service for jigs. From initial design right up to installation on-site, we carry out the entire process, ensuring consistent quality and a single partner throughout development. A large fabrication and manufacturing capacity allows us to support the jig quantities required to set up entirely new production lines. Backed by our on-site engineering support service, OEMs have the assurance of a turnkey service to support the entire jig lifecycle.
